Prices continue to rise in nearly every category with fourplexes showing the strongest median growth.
Below is the aggregate statistics of the San Diego 2-4 units category: 4th quarter 2014 vs. 1st quarter 2015. You can see that both categories are very positive.

When comparing this year’s prices vs. last year, we see that there has been yet another year of robust growth. Some of the categories show a staggering difference in prices.
Q4 2014 VS. Q1 2015 DAYS ON MARKET (DOM)
This data shows another mixed bag of results, showing sizable increases and decreases in median days on market. History has shown that these figures can fluctuate from quarter to quarter.

It is yet another quarter of price increases for San Diego 2-4 units. Looking at the aggregate days on market, it shows that San Diego 2-4 units have been selling faster as well. Fortunately, the growth of San Diego duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes continue to trend positively. We look forward to seeing if the second quarter continues this trend.
