Overall as a category, San Diego 2-4 units prices increased compared to last quarter.
YTD 2014 VS. YTD 2015 AVERAGE AND MEDIAN SALES PRICE
When comparing the year-to-date prices compared to last year, it’s clearly evident that the market surged in prices. In nearly every category, prices increased by double digits.
Q3 2015 VS. Q2 2015 DAYS ON MARKET (DOM)
When comparing days on market as a whole, it’s evident that properties are continuing to sell faster than the previous quarter.
CONCLUSION
Overall, the numbers reveal that prices have increased since last quarter and also sold faster. The results seem like a repetition of the last several quarters. This just shows the continual growth of the market. The San Diego 2-4 units 3rd quarter Signs continue to show that the market is still going strong.
